Kids Yoga
Primary school aged children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration, emotional regulation and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. During a yoga class, children are able to exercise, play and explore ways to connect with themselves, others and the world around them in a meaningful way.

We combine high energy games and activities with meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises) and a trip to your very own “peaceful garden” during rest. Many parents are pleasantly surprised at how different kid’s yoga is from adult yoga classes and are amazed to see their active kids not only meditating, but loving it!
JULY SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
This School Holidays, take a wild ride through your imagination with a fun,
engaging yoga class for little yogis aged 7-12 years old.
Each class covers the basic yoga postures, sequences and breathing exercises through high energy stories, games and activities
then finishing off with a brief relaxation.
